Tamarra Causley Robinson, CEO and Founder of TCR Coaching & Consulting, is a Certified Executive Leadership Development Coach, Certified Mentor Coach, Consultant, and Motivational Speaker. Her mission is to create a massive movement of professionals, especially diverse individuals, who are inspired and empowered to re-discover their voice, to have the confidence to make courageous choices, and to boldly take charge of their lives and careers without apology, guilt, or shame.

TCR Coaching & Consulting provides organizations with Executive Leadership Development Coaching geared towards assisting emerging and experienced leaders in increasing their leadership potential by examining and creating awareness through the lens of how they react and respond to situations. This discovery is foundational to developing emotionally intelligent leaders who desire to excel at building meaningful relationships, developing and maintaining high-functioning teams, and increasing effective communication strategies.

Tamarra has 25+ years of corporate experience, 20 of which were with PwC as an Information Technology Support organization leader, with the last 10.5 years as the Director of IT Support for NY Metro. In addition, she has extensive Human Resource exposure and experience as a Diversity Leader, Executive Leadership Coach for Emerging Global Leaders, and Personal Development Coach for Senior Associate Staff.

Tamarra gained her coaching credentials through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2009. She is a Certified Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index and has achieved MCC (Master Certified Coach) credentialing through the International Coach Federation. Tamarra is also a Certified Mentor Coach, Certified Hogan Practitioner, IDI Practitioner, Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner, and an Authorized Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors Partner with Wiley.

In her free time, Tamarra is an avid reader, and music enthusiast, who loves her family & friends as much as she enjoys giving back to her community by serving on the board locally, regionally, and nationally with Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated. In addition, Tamarra is an active board member of Urban Promise Trenton, where she serves as a Mentor and Coach. She is also actively involved on Montclair State University’s MBA Advisory Board and is a graduate of the Feliciano School of Business Ignite Program.
