Stephen Welsh is a leadership coach who partners with individuals to invest in their unique identity, giftedness, and strengths, guiding them towards sustainable growth. He focuses his passion on nurturing leaders in ministry and business.

Stephen’s diverse client base includes high school and university students, educators, business professionals, small business owners, financiers, lawyers, architects, retirees, missionaries, pastors, and ministry leaders from various countries.

Stephen’s leadership journey spans over 40 years, dedicated to personal and professional development. He began his career in construction with John Holland, transitioned into client-side work with the (Sydney) Anglican Schools Corporation, and later became a business owner with EPM Projects and Advantage Project Services. His expertise lies in consulting project management and small business leadership, a field in which he excelled for 19 years. He currently holds the Director of Major Projects position at Presbyterian Ladies’ College, Sydney (PLC).

Stephen holds degrees in Building and Theology and a diploma in Project Management. He is an Executive Christian Coach (ECC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC). He is also an Accredited Mental Health First Aider (MHFA), Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner (Certificate No: 1965), a Certified MBTI® Step I™ and Step II™ Practitioner, and a Working Genius Certified Facilitator.

Stephen is married to Rachel and has two adult daughters and three grandchildren.
