Lisa is an ICF Certified PCC and Presence-based coach with a diverse professional background. Her experience spans from biostatistics research to social work within Health and Human Services, and from HR and Communications senior leadership in county government to her current coaching practice.

Lisa’s coaching approach is deeply rooted in relational coaching and informed by her training in mindfulness, somatics, neuroscience, and complexity theory. She believes in co-creating a space where clients can reconnect with their authentic selves and find their own path forward. As Ram Dass said, “At the end of the day, we are all just walking each other home.”

Lisa has worked with executive leaders and management from a wide range of global industries, including tech, health and pharmaceuticals, finance, marketing and media, government, and nonprofits. She holds advanced degrees in Biostatistics and Social Work.
