Cate is a mentor coach, facilitator, speaker and trainer with a passion for the journey of transformation. She started out in the fitness industry as an instructor, educator and supervisor, managing a large team of fitness professionals, but she quickly found her way to coaching, following a deeper knowing of how she was being called to serve others. She is humbled to walk with her clients as they choose to do the powerful work of realizing their courage through vulnerability. She looks to her core values of creativity and connection in order to create a space that is full of discovery while nurturing one’s inner wisdom.
