Nikki Moberly, PCC, CBC, CMC
Nikki is a businessperson who became a coach. She has first-hand executive and leadership experience across a variety of domains and as such, understands innately the challenges faced by her clients. With 37 years in IT and high tech, including 21 years at Cisco Systems, she specializes in supporting leaders of complex, global, cross-functional teams. Her coaching experience spans numerous industries, including banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, retail, engineering, manufacturing, and healthcare.
While supporting clients on diverse leadership topics, Nikki is a specialist in Communications. She helps clients develop authentic executive presence, navigate conflict, inspire teams, provide actionable, impactful feedback, and prepare for high-stakes presentations.
Nikki has multiple certifications to support Executive Assessment and insights including Hogan, Leadership Circle and StandOut, is a Certified Mentor Coach, as well as a Certified Grief Coach.
She is an award-winning community leader and coach having been ranked one of the top 15 coaches in the Washington, DC, region 2 years in a row. She is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for a local hospital system, providing oversight of all aspects of the healthcare system. She chaired the Quality Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee and was a key member of the Ethics Committee and the Advance Care Planning Committee. In addition, she is a charter member of the Equal Access Workgroup to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities receive the care and respect they deserve. She has been a hospice volunteer for 25 years, providing care and comfort to patients and their families at a very important time of their lives.
