Both granted by the International Coaching Federation. He also obtained the Master Practitioner accreditation in 2022, as granted by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Both ICF and EMCC represent the highest standards in our profession, and their Master credentials reflect the highest mastery of our profession. Martha specializes in using her coaching methodology and global manufacturing experiences to help clients reach outcomes that far surpass their expectations. Martha engages with clients to naturally and quickly work to get to the crux of issues, address limiting beliefs and to remove barriers to historical performance.  She works with clients to reframe and move forward to achieve their goals.  Using Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt tools to address operational issues, coupled with engaging associates in meaningful ways have repeatedly created holistic step change improvements for organizations over a span of 30 years.  Coupling the operational improvements with leadership development and coaching creates a learning organization that is capable of designing, implementing and sustaining operational results for the organization, its affected associates and stakeholders alike.  

Founder and CEO of Awaken Coach Institute Christi’s coaching process motivates you to build a community of empathy and grace around you — and to live your mission as part of something bigger than you are. Christi has trained hundreds of new coaches in French and English since 2014 and has mentored dozens of coaches-in-training. She maintains a thriving coaching practice and has been coaching professionally since 2009, after graduating from the International Coach Academy. Christi holds a Master NLP certificate, as well as certifications in spiritual direction, group coaching, depth coaching, Enneagram work and mentor coaching. She is a Certified Daring WayTM Facilitator.

Dorothée began her second career as a full-time independent coach and trainer with Training & Coaching Square Belgium from 2009-2016. She taught, coached and supervised beginning and experienced coaches in Belgium and Switzerland in the art of coaching. She became an international certified NLP teacher and has been teaching NLP up to Post-Master Level in a certified program. Dorothée offers to her coachee a unique blend of presence, a positive mindset, a touch of humor, wisdom and a solid experience. She builds on existing core qualities, challenges and supports people in order to reach their goals by developing one’s awareness and leading towards the most efficient choice in a given situation. She lives up to her favorite quote :”be the change you want to see in the world”.

A fervent “people” person, Krista is invested in conversations that matter, passionate about service, and excels at helping people live at the intersection of their humanness and leadership. As a leadership coach, she brings over 15 years of experience supporting leaders in business. Prior to founding KI Insights, Krista led the human resource function on an executive management team. In her previous social work career she worked with world class clinicians in serving adolescents. Today, she continues her mission by supporting clients one-on-one to hone leadership skills as well as assisting them in defining and attaining self-designed goals to help lead them toward more fulfilled, meaningful, and successful lives.

Rae is a life, relationship and divorce recovery coach, working exclusively within the fields of mental health, sexual health and relationship health. She specializes in support for survivors of relational trauma—issues like abandonment, abuse, addiction, betrayal, deception, divorce and infidelity. Ten years into her coaching career, Rae now invests most of her working hours into mentoring, consultation and supervision for coaches and therapists. Her newest endeavor is “Trauma-Savvy Mentor Coaching,” an intensive small-group experience designed to help emerging coaches practice with increased competence and confidence.
