Tammy has worked as a coaching professional since 2001, directly supporting individuals’ growth in a coaching context as well as designing and teaching coaching-centred programs. She is ranked in the top 3% of the International Coach Federation’s 23,000 global members as a Master Certified Coach (MCC). She gives back to the coaching community through active involvement as a non-executive board member of both the ICF and the Australian Association of Supervisors.
Professional Philosophy and Experience
Tammy Turner is the Director, Professional Standards’ ICF Australia, a Master Certified Coach and one of the only qualified Coaching Supervisors in Asia Pacific. She is committed to coaching becoming a reputable, self-regulating profession that adds compelling value to both its coaches and the people whom they support. One of her core values is reciprocity, so she is giving back to the coaching profession as a coach supervisor and trainer since 2007 for all the support she’s received since becoming a full time coach in 2001.
One way she does this is through demonstrating coaching and supervision. She has worked with a few universities, training organizations and other special interest groups to highlight what coaching is and is not, the differences between mentoring and supervision and bringing coaching from behind closed doors and into the open. Her hope is to help coaches keep coaching fresh for both the experienced coach and growing newer coach to go beyond their limitations for sustainable results.
As a coaching supervisor, mentor and trainer Tammy teaches and attends to coaching development. Through supervising internal and external coaches, teaching coaches and coaching leaders internationally, she has added to their capabilities and increased both their confidence and reflective practice.
Tammy is also a board member for the Australian Association of Supervisors, Member, Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA) a Harvard Medical School Affiliate and Association of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS). She has over 5,000 hours of client facing coaching hours including individual, team, group and cultural change initiatives. Another of her core values is love of learning and she has over 1,000 hours of coach specific training. She has had consistent supervision throughout her coaching career.

Following stints in the national leadership of a Christian non-profit, as a conference speaker, as a tour leader in the former Soviet Union and as a marriage and family therapist, Patty founded SeattleCoach in 2003 and began to coach and facilitate exclusively in 2005. In 2008 she launched The SeattleCoach Professional Coach Training and Development Program for executives who see coaching as an extra–and increasingly essential–gear in their leadership engine. The program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and over 200 “SeattleCoaches” who have completed the training, or soon will, are having an impact on the West Coast and beyond as both external coaches and as better leaders on the inside of great companies and organizations.
In 2016 Patty was a recipient of the ACES Award from ICF Washington State. This award “recognizes a coach who authentically acts, motivates and inspires excellence and commitment to achieving goals that advance the development of coaches, the coaching profession and the coaching community. They exemplify outstanding achievements in leadership and are a visionary with major contributions to both the profession and industry of coaching.”
Whether it’s a class or a keynote, Patty values insight-creation as the crucial component of content delivery. “I love it when my brain lights up,” she says, “And it’s even better when everyone else’s brains light up.” She works with an approach that is warm, practical, innovative, direct, playful and generous.
She holds two masters degrees, one in Theology and a second in Applied Behavioral Science. In addition, she is a licensed system therapist, a life-long enthusiast about the stories of American history and has joined the top four percent of credentialed coaches worldwide to have been awarded the title of “Master Certified Coach” by the ICF.
With Patty’s background as a competitive rower, and as past president of Interlochen Rowing Club in Seattle, she sometimes takes executive teams out on the water with her. The experience is always filled with team learning and metaphors–along with some splashing.
And her faith still informs her life and work, helping her to explore how human brains and relationships flourish, how we make sense of the tough stuff, and how we live out the big “what’s-it-all-about” questions we share through the arc of our lives. She thinks excellent coaching is like grace: rarely intrusive, usually disruptive, more nuanced than announced and just as much about “how” as “what.”

Daiana Stoicescu is an executive coach for leaders, with a Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Master Certified Coach Trainer (MCCT), Coach Supervisor and a Registered ICF Mentor Coach. She was also the President of the ICF Romania Chapter until 2019.
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), she works with leaders-from startup entrepreneurs to C-level executives- who have bold visions and who play for high stakes.
As a Master Certified Coach Trainer (MCCT) with the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) she is Certified to train other executives and managers to become Certified Executive Coaches. She does this through one-on-one or group coaching and under the review and standards of the Center for Executive Coaching.
As a Certified Mentor Coach by ICF, she is certified to offer mentor coaching programs for coaches interested in applying or renewing their ACC (Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach), or MCC (Master Certified Coach) Credential and need the required 10 hours of mentoring.
As a Coach Supervisor she works with leaders and entrepreneurs that take their work seriously enough to set up a reflective space where they can review that work, learn from it and apply that learning when they return to it. She also works with coaches who bring their work to another individual/or group in order to learn how to do that work better. One way of describing what coaching supervision does is to think of it as a process of Reflection, Insight and Support.
As a Leadership Embodiment Associate Coach (LE) she develops centered, powerful leadership. Centered leadership incorporates mindful interest in the situation, the ability to shift from reactive reflexes to responsive choices. Working with the body directly is a straightforward way of accessing the more skillful, effective and compassionate responses to stress. During LE coach sessions, we explore our habitual reactions to stressful situations, then learn and practice LE techniques that shift the way we sit and stand to give us greater access to our innate capacity for wisdom, confidence and compassion.
As a Systemic Team Coach she enables teams to identify and resolve their challenges over a programme lasting seven to nine months – resulting in deeper learning and more sustainable change. It usually involves coaching the team together as well as one-to-one coaching for individuals.

Today, she continues her mission by supporting clients one-on-one to hone leadership skills as well as assisting them in defining and attaining self-designed goals to help lead them toward more fulfilled, meaningful, and successful lives.

If you are interested in deepening your approach and practice as a coach, and you know the value of listening to skillful experts coach their clients in real time, or if you are new to coaching and ready to learn more, you won’t want to miss this amazing offer!
As Mentors, Supervisors and Trainers, we have worked with hundreds of coaches and have witnessed how deeply they are able to internalize the habits of experts when they have the opportunity to hear real sessions conducted by masterful coaches.
That is why we have created this new program, LISTEN TO MCC COACHING which is based on our Real Coaching Sessions Unplugged series.
Each session included in LISTEN TO MCC COACHING presents a unique application of coaching, showcasing varied and diverse styles and approaches. We have no doubt that you will walk away with a useful nugget from each and every session.
I have found listening to the Real Coaching Unplugged recordings extremely valuable. As a relatively new coach, I take advantage of every opportunity to hear or see master coaches doing what they do so well. In the recordings, I can attend to expert coaches using the ICF core competencies fluidly and hear how they get to the heart of someone’s issue in a skillful manner, setting up the client for future success in their action steps. Being someone who learns best by example, this is an ideal resource for professional development.
I’m very grateful to Sheri and Jamee for offering the package of recordings as well as the monthly live coaching sessions.
I’ve had the privilege of attending Real Coaching Sessions Unplugged for over a year and a half now and I must say, it’s been the gift that keeps on giving. Sheri and Jamee are extremely professional in their approach, warm, kind and generous in their demeanor, and skillful coaches and facilitators. I love the structure of the calls – time for a coaching session from a highly experienced coach, insightful follow-up questions from the facilitators, and an opportunity for listeners to ask questions or acknowledge the coach. It’s truly amazing how incredibly rich this one hour can be!
The best part is that I get to listen in on a live coaching session and learn from so many of the excellent coaches who have participated in this forum. Not only does it expand my perspective about coaching in general, but I believe my skills have improved as a result. I’ve honed some strategies, picked up on useful tips about presence and attending to the client’s agenda, and increased my knowledge of the competencies in real practical ways. I especially appreciate the variety of coaching styles I’ve observed and seeing the many different ways we can serve our clients.
I’m extremely grateful to Jamee and Sheri for providing such a valuable service, and for delivering it in a way that makes it easy to learn and grow as a coach. I’m confident that every coach (and others as well) can benefit from listening to these high quality coaching sessions.
We want to make it very simple to say yes. We are confident that you will love this product, but if for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will happily refund your money. Just let us know within 15 days of purchase.
Once you place your order, via our secure server, you will receive an email with a link to the recordings so that you can begin to listen, learn and earn 12 CCEUs in the Core Competencies.
Warmly,
Sheri Boone, MCC and Jamee Tenzer, MCC
