Julie Stringham, PCC
Julie Stringham is a leadership, personal and coach’s coach whose focus is working with clients who desire authenticity and meaning in their work and personal lives. She focuses her work on helping people become their greatest self and is passionate about enabling clients to create intention around their growth and the transformation they desire.
Julie had a successful 20-year career in the corporate world (13 of those working at a fortune 500 company in Global HR) in talent management and centers of excellence. This work built her foundation to support those growing and changing in their lives, personally and professionally. In 2014 she left the corporate world to pursue her dream of becoming a coach after experiencing transformation working with a non-sports coach for the first time.
In addition to working with executive and personal clients, facilitating team and leadership sessions, Julie loves working with coaches. Julie serves as a Lead Faculty member at SeattleCoach where she teaches and trains coaches and coaching leaders who desire to bring coaching to the world and the workplace and are wanting to become ICF certified. Julie also works as a mentor coach individually and with groups.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Julie spent her childhood years on the East Coast, returning to the Seattle Area in 1991 where she lives with her husband, three children (16,14 and 11) and their cat. When she’s not coaching, Julie can be found cooking a gourmet meal, reading, cycling or walking near the ocean.
