Jennifer Winick, PCC is an executive and leadership coach who works with leaders at all levels to unlock and embrace their authentic voice, and become skilled communicators, collaborators, and influencers across their organizations.
After a twenty-year career building successful products, strong relationships, and thriving teams at Microsoft, one of the largest technology companies in the world, Jennifer left to pursue her passion of using her coaching skills to help others identify and achieve their goals. As a coach, Jennifer draws on her extensive experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds, and integrates this with her interest in neuroscience and somatics. She enables clients to understand and apply their values to their leadership and to disrupt unhelpful behavior patterns to become more effective and satisfied in all aspects of their lives.
While at Microsoft, Jennifer partnered with the SeattleCoach Professional Training and Development Program in Seattle, WA, to co-create a coaching skill development program for leaders. Jennifer continues to serve as faculty with SeattleCoach as part of their certification program. Additionally, Jennifer coaches clients 1:1 and facilitates leadership workshops through her private coaching business, as well as with companies, including BetterUp and Round. Jennifer is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a registered Certified Mentor Coach.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Jennifer lives in Seattle with her husband, two teenage children and their dog. When she’s not coaching, Jennifer can be found enjoying the natural beauty of Washington State.
